Projects Update: February 2014

by Jason Unger, Founder
February Update

With all of the snow we’ve received here on the East Coast and the fact that it only has 28 days, February has gone by in the blink of an eye.

We’ve been working on a lot of great stuff — so let’s take a look.

We helped develop and design a brand new PowerPoint template for a client that they can use when presenting their Case Studies.

Using PowerPoint and Word, we designed and finalized a multi-purpose, flexible Case Study template that integrates their branding, outlines the business challenges and opportunities and presents recommendations for moving forward.

Over the past two months, we’ve seen amazing growth and engagement with On the Clock, the NFL Mock Draft Simulator we built for our clients at Fanspeak. We won’t spill the beans on how many times it’s been used — but it’s a lot. A lot a lot.

As part of that success, we’ve been successfully able to triple the size of their already stout email marketing list. That’s key, since we’ve developed and are executing an outreach campaign leading up to the NFL Draft.

Here’s the most amazing part. Even as the email list has grown, their open rates and click through rates continue to rise. Talk to any email marketer, and they’ll tell you the exact opposite normally happens — the more people on your list, the worse the open rates and click through numbers. Not in this case.

We’ve built up a great relationship with Engage, another DC-based digital agency that focuses more on the political world, over the past month, helping them to prepare a number of sites, landing pages and more, mostly using Bootstrap and WordPress (something for another blog post).

In March, we’ll be kicking off projects to redesign the website for The Foresight Alliance, who we’ve done graphic design work in the past, and continuing our relationship with the Ten Four Design Group and Bay Area Circuits to grow their presence online.

It’s What We Do

You could say there’s a lot going on … and you’d be right.

But that’s the way we like to roll — working on exciting projects and helping our clients and partners grow.

It’s what we do.
